Kogi First Lady’s Car Crashes Where Osinbajo’s Chopper Fell

The wife of Kogi state Governor Tina Bello was today involved in a car accident at Kabba, the area where the aircraft of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, crash-landed last week.

However, there was no casualty as the Governor’s wife and everybody in her entourage came out unhurt.

In a statement , the chief press secretary to the Governor, Onogwu Muhammed, disclosed that the accident occurred around Oshokoshoko area of Kabba as the governor’s wife was on her way to Isanlu for a rally organised by a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

According to Muhammed the Governor’s wife and her three aides survived the accident which occurred in the morning of Saturday.

He on behalf of the government of Kogi state thanked God for saving the Governor’s wife’s life and those of her aides. “In appreciation to God Almighty for his faithfulness to the New Direction family, the Kogi state government wishes to announce that three aides to the governor and his wife survived an accident this morning.”

“The government appreciate God once again, that all persons are in perfect condition. “The governor’s wife’s door-door campaign train continues with their rally to the western senatorial district after a successful two days outing in Kogi east.”
