Breakfast is not a meal to miss, for the sake of your health. However, it is not always easy to put something together amidst the pressure of a mounted schedule. Here is a recipe for deliciously fluffy pancakes. Although made from scratch, this only takes 15 minutes. What’s more, it requires little effort and readily available ingredients. Good morning and get cooking!
1 cup of multi-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teapoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
a cup of milk
1 big egg
2 tablespoons of oil
1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Form a well in the middle
3. Add milk, egg and honey
4. Mix till it forms a batter (don’t over mix)
5. Heat up a frying pan and add little cooking oil
6. Add the mix in small batches and fry

For added taste, add a generous flow of honey or flavoured food syrup. You can also garnish your pancakes with different stuffe such as cheese and fruits.
